The “Study for the promotion of fresh fish consume by Community food services in Galicia “, was developed by FUNDAMAR and financed by the Xunta de Galicia and the European Fisheries Fund. It introduces different suggestions, alternatives and intervention strategies to encourage fresh fish consume by Community food services in Galicia, focusing mainly on fish supply through public tender.
